Pricing Approach

Each tax situation is unique — especially in an international context.

For this reason, I do not apply fixed pricing.
Instead, I provide tailored proposals based on the complexity, scope, and specific circumstances of each case.

This ensures that you receive:

  • the right level of support
  • a focused and efficient approach
  • and solutions that are aligned with your actual needs
Whether your case is straightforward or involves multiple jurisdictions, the goal remains the same: to deliver clear, reliable, and high-quality tax advisory.

Important Note

My services focus exclusively on tax advisory and compliance. I do not directly handle residence permit or immigration procedures, but I am happy to coordinate with relevant professionals where needed.

Do I actually need tax advice for relocation, or can I handle it myself?

Relocation almost always creates tax implications in more than one country. Even if your situation seems straightforward, issues such as tax residency, double taxation, reporting obligations or hidden risks may arise. A short consultation can already prevent costly mistakes later.

When should I seek tax advice – before or after moving?

Ideally, before the relocation. Many tax consequences depend on timing, structure and decisions made in advance (e.g. asset transfers, company structure, timing of income). Once the move has happened, options are often more limited.

Can you also help with residence permits or only taxation?

The primary focus is taxation and related planning. However, close cooperation with trusted partners ensures that residence permit and immigration aspects are handled properly as part of a coordinated solution.

I only need a quick answer – do I still need a full package?

Not necessarily. If your situation is simple or you have a specific question, ad hoc tax advice is often sufficient. More complex situations (e.g. multiple countries, own company, family relocation) may require a more structured approach.

I have my own company – how does that change things?

Significantly. Owning a business introduces additional layers such as permanent establishment risk, corporate taxation, profit allocation and reporting obligations. These need to be reviewed together with your personal tax situation to avoid unintended consequences.

How do I know which service package is right for me?

This depends on the complexity of your situation:

  • single-country vs. multi-country exposure
  • employment vs. business ownership
  • individual vs. family relocation

If unsure, a short initial consultation helps identify the right scope and avoids over- or under-planning.
